This is the capstone project for the AI & Generative AI course. Design a complete, end-to-end AI-powered business automation system following this flow: Customer enquiry → Data extraction → AI classification → Response generation → Validation → Human approval → Action → Database/CRM/notification. Choose a real or realistic business scenario. For every single stage in the flow, explain in your own words: what specifically happens at that stage, what could go wrong at that stage, and how your design handles that risk (drawing explicitly on Module 10's trigger-process-action, human-approval, and error-handling lessons, Module 7's verification principles, and Module 12's responsible-AI checklist). Your submission should function as a design document detailed enough that another student could understand exactly how the system is meant to work end-to-end, including where AI genuinely adds value versus where a human checkpoint is mandatory. This is hiring-style practice for design thinking, not an official industry certification, and does not represent an actual working software system.

- Applies the responsible-AI checklist (Module 12) to the overall system
